Honors List of Members of BT and TalkTalk’s Team on New Year 2023
The UK Government has announced the King’s New Year Honours list for 2023, list is based on the achievements and public service of individuals from all walks of life in the UK.
Among them, Brendan Dick, the former Director of BT in Scotland and Chair of Openreach’s Scotland Board is selected. He has been awarded an OBE for his services to telecommunications in Scotland.
Sam Davys, the former Early Careers Manager at TalkTalk, has received an MBE for her services to young people and inclusion in the digital industries. Specifically her work under TalkTalk’s Kickstart program during the pandemic is well appreciated. It is unclear at this time if there are any other honorees from the telecommunications sector on the full list.
