There are five steps to access the email.
Top right corner, click on Gmail Settings, and the detail of the setting will open.
Click on Accounts and Import and then click on Add a mail account.
Enter the email address.
Select one of the 2 options.
Enter the following information to complete the email settings.

To access mail using IMAP from the Gmail server, set up the following settings.
IMAP Server: imap.gmail.com
IMAP Port: 993
Encryption: SSL
IMAP Username: (your Gmail username)
IMAP Password: (your Gmail password)
MailBird Email Client Account Access
There are three steps to access a MailBird email client account.
Enter your name and email address. Click Continue.
Mailbird is automatically detecting your email settings. Click Continue.
All set! You can add more accounts or Start using Mailbird.
Thunderbird Email Account Access
There are four steps to follow to access the Thunderbird email client account.
In the menu select Account Settings.
In the bottom left corner, click on Account actions and Add Mail Account.
Enter your email address and click on Configure manually..

There are five steps to access an Outlook Email client account.
Click on the File tab in the upper-left corner of the Outlook window.
Click on Add Account.
Enter your new email address and click on Connect

Select Manage accounts.
Click + Add account.
Check on Advanced Setup.
Click Internet email.

- Port (Incoming server): 993
- Incoming server requires SSL: Yes (check box)
- Outgoing (SMTP) server: smtp.mail.com
- Port (outgoing server): 587
- Outgoing Server requires SSL: No (uncheck)
